Bilawal Shah Noorani

Syed Bilawal Shah Noorani (Urdu: بلاول شاہ نورانی) was a mystic saint from Balochistan.[1] Shah Noorani was the descendants of Ali Ibn Abi Talib. Noorani is considered to be a patron saint of Balochistan.[2]

Mela / Urs (Annual Fair)
changeShah Noorani's annual Urs[7] (death anniversary celebration), held on the 10th Ramadan – the ninth month of the Muslim lunar calendar, brings more than half a million pilgrims from all over Pakistan.[7]
Explosion
