Blanche M. Manning

United States federal judge

Blanche M. Manning (December 12, 1934 – September 20, 2020) was an American politician and lawyer. He was the Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois between 2010 until his death. Manning was nominated to the court by President Bill Clinton in 1994. Manning was born in Chicago.

Manning died on September 20, 2020 in Chicago at the age of 85.[1]
