Bouaké

city in Côte d'Ivoire

Bouaké (or Bwake) is the second-largest city in Ivory Coast. It is in the central part of Ivory Coast about 50 km (31 mi) northeast of Lake Kossou, the country's largest lake. It has 536,189 people according to the 2014 census.
