Brian Francis Kerr, Baron Kerr of Tonaghmore, PC (/kɜːr/;[1] 22 February 1948 – 1 December 2020) was a British politician and lawyer.

He was Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland and then as a Justice of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom from 2009 until his retirement in 2020. Until his retirement, Kerr was the longest serving Supreme Court Justice, and the last original member of the Court.

Kerr died on 1 December 2020 at the age of 72.[2]
