C. Rangarajan

C. Rangarajan or Chakravarthi Rangarajan (born 1932) is an Indian economist. He was the 19th Governor of the Reserve Bank of India. He is the former Chairman of the Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Council. He was a professor in Ahmedabad University.[1] From 1997 to 2003, he was Governor of Andhra Pradesh.
