Caesar (Planet of the Apes)

Caesar is a fictional character in the Planet of the Apes franchise. He makes his first appearance in Conquest of the Planet of the Apes (1972), where he was played by Roddy McDowall, who returned as the character in the sequel, Battle for the Planet of the Apes (1973). In the rebooted movie series, consisting of Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011), Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014), War for the Planet of the Apes (2017) and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes (2024), he was played by Andy Serkis.[1]
