Carl Gutierrez
Governor of Guam from 1995 to 2003
Carl Tommy Cruz Gutierrez (born October 15, 1941) is an American politician. He was the 6th Governor of Guam from 1995 to 2003. He is a member of the Democratic Party.[1]
