Prime Minister of the Philippines from 1981 to 1986
Cesar Enrique Aguinaldo Virata (born 12 December 1930)[1] is a Filipino politician. He was Prime Minister of the Philippines from June 30 1981 to February 25 1986 and Finance minister from 1984 to 1986.
