China Airlines Flight 676 was a flight from Bali, Indonesia to Taipei, Taiwan operated by an Airbus A300 with 197 people on board. On February 16, 1998, the plane crashed near into a residential area in Taoyuan City due to bad weather and pilot error. All 197 people died and at least 8 more on the ground.
