Clement Agba
Prince Clem Agba (born March 28, 1964) is a Nigerian politician who served as the Minister of State for Budget and National Planning from 2019 to 2023.[1]

changeAgba has a bachelor's degree in economics from Bendel University (Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma), two master's degrees in Business Administration, one from the University of Benin, Edo State and the other from Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona, United States.[2][3]
Career
changeAgba worked in private and public organizations. He began his career with Pegasus Industries. He later worked with Super Engineering. Agba moved to Gulf Oil Company (Chevron Nigeria Limited). He was later appointed as the Commissioner in the Edo State Ministry of Environment and Public Utilities. He was also appointed as the commissioner of lands & survey.[4]
