Colby Cave
Canadian ice hockey player
Colby Cave (December 26, 1994 – April 11, 2020) was a Canadian professional ice hockey centre. He played for the Boston Bruins and Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League (NHL). His career lasted from 2015 until his death in 2020. He was born in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Cave had a brain bleed caused by a cyst on April 6–7, 2020. He had emergency surgery on April 7 in Toronto. He died while under a medically induced coma in the early hours of April 11, aged 25.[1][2]
