Cookie dough

Cookie dough is a type of dough. It can be used to make cookies. Cookie dough may also be used to make cookie dough ice cream.

History

Cookie's history dates back to 7th century Persia. They were the first started using sugar for cakes and pastries. In earlier times, it was used as a test cake to check oven's temperature.^[1]
