D. C. Fontana
American screenwriter (1939–2019)
Dorothy Catherine Fontana (March 25, 1939 – December 2, 2019)[1] was an American television script writer and story editor. She worked on the original Star Trek franchise and several Western television series. She also wrote the script for Logan's Run, The Six Million Dollar Man, and Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. Fontana was born in Sussex, New Jersey.
Fontana died on December 2, 2019 of cancer in Burbank, California, aged 80.[2]
