D. Michael Fisher
United States Circuit Judge
Dennis Michael Fisher (born November 7, 1944) is an American lawyer and politician. He has been the senior United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit since 2017.[1] He was the Attorney General of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2003. Fisher was the Republican nominee for Governor of Pennsylvania in 2002, losing to Ed Rendell.
