Dacia Valent
Somali-born Italian politician (1963-2015)
Dacia Soraya Valent (12 February 1963 - 22 January 2015) was a Somali-born Italian politician. She was a Member of the European Parliament from 1989 through 1994. She was born in Mogadishu, Somalia.
Valent died in Rome, Italy from a heart attack, aged 51.[1]
