Danuta Wałęsa
First lady of Poland
Mirosława Danuta Wałęsa (née Gołoś; born 25 February 1949)[1] is a Polish political activist. She is the wife of the former President of Poland Lech Wałęsa.[2] In 1983 she accepted the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo, Norway on behalf of her husband.[3] From 1990 until 1995, she was the First Lady of Poland.
