David Caygill

New Zealand politician

David Francis Caygill CNZM (born 15 November 1948) is a former New Zealand politician. Cagle grew up in Christchurch. From 2010 to 2019, he was one of the Public Authority's Nominated Magistrates at Climate Canterbury.[1]
