David Padilla

President of the military council of Bolivia (1927-2016)

David Padilla Arancibia (August 13, 1927 – September 25, 2016) was a Bolivian politician and military general. He was the former de facto president of Bolivia. He ruled his country from November 1978[1] to August 1979.[2]
