Dennis Pitta

American football player (born 1985)

Dennis Pitta (born June 29, 1985 in Fresno, California) is an American former professional football tight end. He played parts of 6 years in the National Football League (NFL). He played his entire career with the Baltimore Ravens. Pitta was drafted out of the Brigham Young University by the Baltimore Ravens with the 114th pick in the fourth round of the 2010 NFL Draft. He won Super Bowl XLVII with the Ravens when they defeated the San Francisco 49ers 34-31.

Pitta suffered a dislocated hip for a third time in his career on June 2, 2017.[1] The Ravens released him shortly after on June 7.[2]
