Eduardo Gullas

Filipino politician

Eduardo "Eddie" Rivera Gullas Sr. (born October 13, 1930) is a Filipino Visayan politician.[1] He has been elected to five terms as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the 1st District of Cebu from 1992 to 2001, and from 2004 to 2013.

He had also held the offices of Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and the House Majority Leader. He was mayor of Talisay City, Cebu from 2016 to 2019.[2]
