Evan Maureen Ryan (born 1971) is an American public servant. She was the White House Cabinet Secretary in the Joe Biden administration from 2021 to 2025. She was Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) in the Obama Administration (2013–2017) and was assistant for intergovernmental affairs and public liaison for then-Vice President Joe Biden.[1][2]
