GLaDOS, also known as the Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System, is the main antagonist of Portal and the antagonist for the first half and deuteragonist for the second half of Portal 2. She is voiced by Ellen McLain, who voices many characters, such as The Administrator from Team Fortress 2. She is a large robot with a yellow eye.
