Georges J. F. Köhler

German immunologist (1946–1995)

Georges Jean Franz Köhler (17 April 1946 – 1 March 1995) was a German biologist. Köhler won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine with César Milstein and Niels Kaj Jerne in 1984. He is known for his work on the immune system and the production of monoclonal antibodies.

He studies at and later professor of University of Freiburg and was member of Max Plank Society for Imnobiology.
