Gunther Schuller

American composer, conductor, horn player, author, historian, and jazz musician

Gunther Schuller (November 22, 1925 – June 21, 2015) was an American composer, conductor, horn player, author, historian, and jazz musician. He was born in New York City.

Schuller died on June 21, 2015 in Boston, Massachusetts from leukemia, aged 89.[1]
