Gyūdon

Japanese cuisine

Gyūdon (牛丼, meaning "beef bowl") is a rice dish having a topping of beef and onion simmered in multiple sauces.[1] It has been known to be served in big rice bowl resturants, such as Yoshinoya and Sukiya.[2][3]
