Gyūdon

Japanese cuisine

Gyūdon (牛丼, meaning "beef bowl") is a rice dish with a topping of beef and onion.[1] Yoshinoya, Matsuya, and Sukiya are popular chain restaurants that serve gyūdon .[2][3]
