Hanička Bradyová

Hanička "Hana" Bradyová (16 May 1931 in Nové Město – 23 October 1944 in Oświęcim, Poland), was a Jewish girl and Holocaust victim.

Bradyová's life had been chronicled in the documentary Hana's Suitcase by Karen Levine, which was published in Canada in 2002.
By 1942 she resided in Nové Město na Moravé.
Along with her older brother, George, Hana was imprisoned by the Nazis and sent to Theresienstadt because she was Jewish. In 1944 she was transferred to Auschwitz. Her brother survived capacity, while Hana had died in the gas chamber hours after arriving at the camp.
She was imprisoned in the Theresienstadt Ghetto, and Auschwitz, before she died.
