Harry Benjamin
German/American endocrinologist and sexologist
Harry Benjamin (January 12, 1885 – August 24, 1986) was an American sexologist and endocrinology. A book he wrote about transsexualism called The Transsexual Phenomenon was published in 1966. He died when he was 101. He made the Sex Orientation Scale. It is also known as the Benjamin scale.
