Hyundai Ioniq 9
The Hyundai Ioniq 9 is a battery-electric, full-size crossover SUV with three-row seating. It is part of the Ioniq sub-brand, which focuses on electric vehicles. The Ioniq 9 is the largest electric passenger car produced by Hyundai as of 2025.

History
changeThe Ioniq 9 was first unveiled in November 2024 in Los Angeles, California.[2] It was initially previewed by the Hyundai Seven Concept in 2021 and was originally named the Ioniq 7. After further development, the vehicle was renamed to Ioniq 9 in 2024.[3][4][5]
Markets
changeSales of the Ioniq 9 are expected to begin in South Korea and the United States in the first half of 2025. It will later be available in Europe and other markets around the world.[6]
