Imrich Andrejčák
Czechoslovak minister of defence of the Slovenska, member of Slovak National Council, general, minister of national defence and slovak nation politician
Imrich Andrejčák (12 July 1941 – 5 September 2018) was a Czechoslovak-born Slovak army general and politician. He was the last Minister of Defence of Czechoslovakia from July 2, 1992, until December 31, 1992, with the dissolution of the country.
Andrejčák the became the first Defence Minister of an independent Slovakia from March 16, 1993 and March 14, 1994.[1][2]
Andrejčák died in Trenčín, Slovakia on 5 September 2018, aged 77[3]
