Institut Latihan Perindustrian Kuala Lumpur, or ILPKL, is a public vocational college in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was founded in 1964 and is one of the oldest technical institutes in the country. ILPKL is part of a network of 32 training institutes under the Manpower Department. Currently, it offers 12 courses and can accommodate 1,100 students at a time. The current director is Abd Halim bin Ali Mohammed.
ILPKL has been visited by many important people and organizations, including Malaysia's first Prime Minister Tunku Abdul Rahman, the second Prime Minister Abdul Razak Hussein, the fourth Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, V. Manickavasagam, and Richard Ho.
