Ivan Dziuba
Ukrainian literary critic, social activist, Russian philologist and Soviet dissident (b. 1931)
Ivan Mykhailovych Dziuba (Ukrainian: Іва́н Миха́йлович Дзю́ба; 26 July 1931 – 22 February 2022) was a Ukrainian literary critic, social activist, dissident and politician. He was a member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, elected in 1991.

Dziuba was the Minister of Culture of Ukraine (1992—1994). He was the Co-Chief of Editorial Board of the Encyclopaedia of Modern Ukraine. He also co-founded the People's Movement of Ukraine.
Dziuba died in Kyiv, Ukraine on 22 February 2022, at the age of 90.[1]
