Jan Furtok
Polish footballer (1962–2024)
Jan Furtok (9 March 1962 – 26 November 2024) was a Polish professional footballer. He played as a striker.[1] He played for the Poland national football team from 1984 to 1993, making thirty-six appearances. Furtok was born in Katowice, Poland.
Furtok was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2015.[2] He died on 26 November 2024 from problems caused by the disease in Katowice at the age of 62.[3][2]
