Javier Usabiaga Arroyo

Mexican businessman and politician

Javier Bernardo Usabiaga Arroyo (20 August 1939 – 9 September 2018) was a Mexican businessman and politician. He was born in Celaya, Guanajuato.

Usabiaga Arroyo was a member of the National Action Party. He was Secretary of Agriculture during part of Vicente Fox's government. From 2009 to 2012, he was Deputy of the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Guanajuato.[1]

Usabiaga Arroyo died of throat cancer on 9 September 2018 in Mexico City at the age of 79.[2]
