Jefferson County, Iowa

Jefferson County is a county in the U.S. state of Iowa. As of the 2010 census, the population was 16,843.[1] The county seat is Fairfield.[2] The county was founded in January 1839, and was named after U.S. President Thomas Jefferson.[3][4]
