Jeremy Ball
Australian politician, actor and activist
Jeremy Ball (1968 – 15 September 2014) was an Australian politician, actor and activist. He was the Deputy Mayor of Launceston, Tasmania from 2011 until his death. He also had an acting career from 1995 until 2000. He was best known for appearing as Warren Harvey in the ABC series Fallen Angels and as a businessman in the movie The Matrix (1999).

Ball was born in Launceston. He spoke his native English, as well as French and Japanese. He was married to Karina. The couple had two sons, Griffin and Jasper.
Ball died in a car accident on 15 September 2014 on the Bass Highway near Carrick, Tasmania. He was 45.[1]
