Jewett City, Connecticut

Jewett City is a borough in northern New London County, Connecticut. It is in the eastern part of the state near the Rhode Island state line. Jewett City is part of the town of Griswold. At the 2020 United States Census, the borough's population was 3,328.[1]
Jewett City was named for Eliezer Jewett. He founded a settlement in this region in 1771.[2]
