Jocelyne Roy-Vienneau

Canadian lieutenant governor

Jocelyne Roy-Vienneau ONB (1956 – August 2, 2019) was a Canadian politician. She was the 31st Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick. She was sworn in on October 23, 2014.

She was the viceregal representative of Queen Elizabeth II of Canada in the Province of New Brunswick.[2]

Roy-Vinneau died at the age of 63 from cancer on August 2, 2019 in Bathurst, New Brunswick, after first being diagnosed in May 2018.[3]
