Jon Batiste

Jonathan Michael "Jon" Batiste (born November 11, 1986) is an American singer, multi-instrumentalist, educator, and bandleader. Batiste is known for being the music director and bandleader for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.[1] He has won an Academy Award, BAFTA Award, Golden Globe Award and Grammy Award for co-composing the score of Disney Pixar Soul (2020).[2] In 2022, he won five Grammy Awards for his album We Are.[3]
