Jonas Gahr Støre

Jonas Gahr Støre (born 25 August 1960) is a Norwegian politician. In 2021, Støre became the 36th Prime Minister of Norway. He is the leader of the Labour Party since 2014. He was Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2005 to 2012 and as Minister of Health and Care Services from 2012 to 2013. He has been a member of the Storting since 2009.[1]

He owns a company, and since 2020 that company does not own shares in any investment funds; The company has its funds in [one or more] bank[s]; Støre said in 2021 that the type of investments that he has - were a topic of election campaigns before 2021.[2]


In September 2021, the Labour party won the most seats in the Storting making Støre the favorite to be the next Prime Minister of Norway.[3]
