José Abal

Spanish Paralympic athlete

José Manuel Abal Lores[a] (born 15 July 1961) is a disability sport athlete from Spain. He is a T53/F53 type track and field athlete. He ran in the pentathlon events and he ran the marathon. He was at the 1992 Summer Paralympics and 1996 Summer Paralympics. He won a silver medal in 1992 in the pentathlon. He lost to Vojtech Vasicek from Czechoslovakia. He did not win any other medals in 1992 or 1996. [1]
