José Carrasco
Peruvian politician
José Carlos Carrasco Távara (1944 – 18 January 2015) was a Peruvian politician. He represented Piura from 2006 through 2011. Carrasco was a member of the Peruvian Aprista Party. He was born in the Sullana Province, Peru.
Carrasco died in Lima, Peru on 18 January 2015 from lung cancer, aged 70.[1]
