Josh Stein
American politician
Joshua Harold Stein (born September 13, 1966)[1] is an American lawyer and politician who is the Governor-elect of North Carolina. He is the 51st attorney general of North Carolina since 2017. He is a member of the Democratic Party. He was a member of the North Carolina Senate from 2009 to 2016.

Stein ran the Democratic nominee for governor in the 2024 gubernatorial election.[2] He won the election in November 2024, defeating Republican Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson.
