Karimganj district

Karimganj District (Bengali: করিমগঞ্জ জিলা) is an administrative district in the state of Assam in India. The district headquarters are in Karimganj. It is claimed by the peoples of Bangladesh as part of their Sylhet Division. Bengali and Meitei (Manipuri) are the official languages of Karimganj district of Barak Valley.[1][2][3]
