Lactobacillus bulgaricus

Lactobacillus bulgaricus is a type of bacteria from the Lactobacillus genus. It is found in the digestive tract. Intestinal bacteria is referred to as gut flora or microbes. This strain of bacteria may also be found in foods or supplements. In 2012 it was declared India's national microbe.[1]
