Larry Mavety
Canadian ice hockey player and coach
Larry Douglas Mavety (May 29, 1942 – December 4, 2020) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player, coach and executive in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). He played and coached for the Belleville Bulls and the Kingston Frontenacs. Mavety was born in Woodstock, Ontario. His coaching career lasted from 1981 to 2003.
Mavety died on December 4, 2020 in Kingston, Ontario at the age of 78.[1]
