"Magnolia" is the fourth single from American rapper Playboi Carti's first self-titled mixtape. The song was released on June 13, 2017. The song was able to make it to #7 on the Billboard Hot Rap Songs, #11 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, and #29 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.[1][2][3] It was also certified 3× Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).[4]

The song is named after the Magnolia housing projects in New Orleans.[5] The music video features Carti dancing and rapping in the streets of New York before partying in a club with A$AP Rocky. He gets his hair cut at a barbershop and shoots somebody outside of the shop. He runs from police they then gets arrested at the end.[6]
