Marc Spector is a former Marine and CIA operative who becomes a mercenary. His life takes a dramatic turn when he is left for dead in the Egyptian desert and subsequently resurrected by the moon god Khonshu. This resurrection grants him enhanced abilities, and he assumes the mantle of Moon Knight, becoming a vigilante who fights crime under Khonshu's guidance.
The series delves into Spector's struggles with his mental health, his relationships, and his missions as Moon Knight, blending action, drama, and supernatural elements. The character is notable for his complex backstory and moral ambiguity, which adds depth to his portrayal in the MCU.
