Marian Rojek
Polish Catholic priest, bishop of Zamość-lubaczów Diocese
Marian Rojek (born 9 April 1955)[1] is a Polish Roman Catholic bishop. Since 2012, he has been the bishop of the Diocese of Zamość-Lubaczów.

Early life and education
changeMarian Rojek was born in Rzeszów, Poland. He studied at the Pontifical Gregorian University, where he completed his theological education.[1]
Ecclesiastical career
changeMarian Rojek was ordained a priest on 2 June 1981 by Bishop Ignacy Tokarczuk. He served in various pastoral roles before being appointed auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Przemyśl in 2006 by Pope Benedict XVI. He was consecrated on 11 April 2006 by Archbishop Józef Michalik.[1][2]
On 30 June 2012, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him as the bishop of Zamość-Lubaczów, succeeding Wacław Depo.[1][2]
