Maureen O'Sullivan

Maureen Paula O'Sullivan (17 May 1911 – 23 June 1998) was an Irish actress best known for playing Jane in the Tarzan series of films starring Johnny Weissmüller.

Early life
changeO'Sullivan was born in Boyle, County Roscommon, Ireland in 1911. She is the daughter of Mary Lovatt (nee Fraser) and Charles Joseph O'Sullivan, an officer in the Connaught Rangers who served in World War I.[1] Aside from Irish, she had some English and Scottish ancestry.[2]
Acting career
changeShe acted in movies which were mostly released prior to 1984. She also performed in stage shows.
Personal life
changeShe was the mother of seven children. Stephanie and Mia Farrow are actresses.
Death
changeMaureen died in Scottsdale, Arizona on June 23, 1998 due to complications of heart issues and surgery.
