Melila is a village in Kollam district in the state of Kerala, India.[1] It is situated along Vettikkavala - Elampal road. Melila temple is a well-known Hindu worship center in the region.[source?] Melila has dense rubber plantations around it. The nearest NH, National Highway 744 (India) is at Kunnicode. The nearest train station is Auvaneeswaram railway station.
